PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following payments:

MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Bank Transfers through PayPal secure merchant solutions (no PayPal account necessary to pay with your major credit card), Cash on Delivery.

DAMAGES
If your package is damaged upon receipt, YOU NEED TO TAKE PHOTOS PRIOR TO OPENING and returned to the Post Office that delivered the package for a claim if your merchandise is damaged.

RETURNS
Most of my Jewelry items are handmade of quality, natural materials (gemstones, semi-precious stones, etc), as a result slight natural variances will be present in color and shape. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt by refunding or exchanging the purchase price of the item. Shipping fees are not refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping and insurance.

All items must be returned in the original packaging (of the product itself and condition (including any labels that are attached - DO NOT REMOVE LABELS ON JEWELRY ITEMS THAT YOU WANT TO RETURN).

Personalized or custom orders may not be cancelled, exchanged or returned for a refund under any circumstance due to the personalized nature of the item.

All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer. Additional shipping charges will apply to all exchanges, and must be paid for upfront before the exchanged item(s) can be shipped. All returned products must be in their original unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. Any scratched, altered, blemished or broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment.
